In other articles on superfoods, we have mentioned yogurt as an excellent weight loss superfood. Today, however, we’d like to discuss another kind of yogurt, one that’s much older than the yogurt most of us know today. This older form of yogurt originates from Russia. Quinoa, like Kefir, has been prepared as a food for humans for hundreds, if not thousands, of years. Quinoa is an excellent nutritional source of fiber, iron, protein, and Vitamin E. Also, keep in mind that quinoa has been eaten throughout history when people needed whole food. Before there was a dieting fad, quinoa was a healthy, whole food for the masses. With such nutrients as fiber, selenium, probiotics, and Vitamin E, quinoa may help with weight control.
Bananas — make sure you eat them daily. Three important minerals are found in high amounts in bananas: magnesium, potassium, and phosphorous. According to the study, bananas have a property referred to as TNF or tumor necrosis factor. In bananas, TNF is said to kill tumor cells in the body. Truth be told, superfoods are already being consumed by most people but the people simply didn’t know that they are or that the foods they’re eating are loaded with good nutrients. But it’s a different story when you want to eat these superfoods in order to shed weight. For healthy, natural weight loss, your diet needs to include superfoods with weight loss benefits. Compared to weight loss products that don’t really work or may be unsafe in the long run, superfoods are a much better, healthier, and safer choice.
